Survive those sick days!


Hi dear readers.
Today is a bit different blog post. But it seems like almost everyone is sick right now, included me.
So i thought 'hmmm why not give my tips to how i survive sick days.' And here they are!


  • Hot drinks. It's up to you, if you want hot chocolate, tea, coffee or i fourth thing. But it always helps!
  • Movies, netflix, youtube. Those might not help your health, but it does kill time, and litterly all i do is watch netflix or youtube, especially when i'm sick, haha.
  • Medicine. For some people medicine is a no-go, but for me it is defiantly a go! My immune system isn't the best, so it takes so so so long time for me to get fresh again. So a little medicine always helps, not like big doses, but you know a little. Also you can go to your doctor for advice to get fresh quicker, if you've been sick for a long time. I've tried that, and it helped me out so so much!
  • SLEEP!! I've always been told that sleep is the best medicine, and i believe that it is! Get some sleep, even though it's many times pretty crappy naps, it helps!
  • Last but not least drink a lot of water!
Here's four of my favourite teas;
It's laquorice, raspberry, orange, and Turkish Apple. 
In my opnion the laquorice and the Turkish Apple teas is most autumn/winter ish, particularly the Turkish Apple one, because it has a twist of cinnamon.
A little thing about two teas is that they have these cute names -I'm really exited about that, haha.
