Healthy foods

Hello Beauties! 

Lately I've been chancing some of the not so healthy foods out, with some healthy foods.
I would say that the hardest thing is breakfast. Honestly I like something sweet in the morning, so chancing white bread to dark bread, was a thing that I had to get used to.

To every meal I drink water. The only thing i drink now is basically water and freshly squeezed juice.

Breakfast

This is what my breakfast looks like, now. I did cut some banana out, and put them on top of my dark bread (Bananas are good if you have a sweet tooth!)

Lunch

I like to have this for lunch (In the weekends)
It is some pasta, with a tiny bit salad dressing on. And on top i put some chives on.

Snacks

For snacks, my go to is dried fruit. It's basically all i eat if i have it in the house...(no shame)
-And yes, that is my math assignment, haha



As i said earlier, i like to drink fresh squeezed juice. -Both with fruit and vegetables! So here's some fruit that i like to use, or just eat...
