I decided a little while ago that i was time to get back on track with the training and healthy eating. I've missed it so much!
The reason why I'm doing this is to get stronger, be more confident, be happy and take care of my body.
I want this to become a series so it can motivate and inspire other people, to get more healthy. We all want to get healthy for different reasons. Some might want to get more toned, get more in shape, get fit for summer, be more healthy in general or lose weight. It's important for me, that if you want to lose weight, you have to do it in a healthy way, and not starve and workout way to much! Please do it in a healthy way, your body will thank you!
In this series I'm going to show you different workouts, foods and some quotes to help you and myself to stay motivated. This also works as an motivation for me, so i can get up, and i can show you guys what works for me and what dosen't.

The workouts that i do the most at the moment is that i find some pictures where there is a workout-plan on, and then I just follow that, and add some other workouts that i want to do as well.
