I have to say, that my working out routine has been set on pause for some time... BUT i thought I would make 3 different workout plans for both you and me. You can just use one of these, or use these for different days. I like to workout about 2-3 days a week. So that's why I made 3 different workout plans.
WORKOUT PLAN 1
15 squats
10 crunches
20 lunges
15 second plank
10 squats
10 sit ups
1 min. tricep dips
WORKOUT PLAN 2
25 burpees
15 sit ups
20 butt kicks
30 crunches
15 Russian twists
30 sec. side plank
10 push ups
WORKOUT PLAN 3
30 calf raises
30 donkey kick backs
20 tricep dips
10 sit ups
15 push ups
30 sec. superman
30 squats
10 min. stretching
